Karma and Chocolate

I took a couple of quizzes, and here are the results.

You Have Fantastic Karma

You are a kind, sensitive, and giving person.
And all your good deeds will pay off – if they haven’t already.
But you’re not so concerned with what you get in return anyway.
You have an innate caring nature – and nothing can change that!

You Are 5: The Investigator

You’re independent – and a logical analytical thinker.
You love learning and ideas… and know things no one else does.

Bored by small talk, you refuse to participate in boring conversations.
You are open minded. A visionary. You understand the world and may change it.

At Your Best: You are sharp, inventive, and creative. You have the skills to lead the world.

At Your Worst: You are reclusive, weird, and a bit paranoid.

Your Fixation: Greed

Your Primary Fear: Being useless or incompetent

Your Primary Desire: Being competent and needed

Other Number 5’s: Bill Gates, John Lennon, Kurt Cobain, Bjork, and Stephen Hawking.

You are Milk Chocolate

A total dreamer, you spend most of your time with your head in the clouds.
You often think of the future, and you are always working toward your ideal life.
Also nostalgic, you rarely forget a meaningful moment… even those from long ago.

Little Things

When you are planning the gathering for a special occasion, like a wedding or a sweet 16 party, you will undoubtedly be looking into party favors. I was reading about a site on Mark’s blog about a place that specializes in party favors, and also has ideas for shower favors and many other possibilities. Little Things surprised me with the way that their categories are set up, as well as the prices for these little keepsake baubles. I’ll be keeping them bookmarked for the next occasion that I have.

Coffee Drinking Reduces Risk Of Liver Cancer

I’ve been a huge fan of coffee since around age ten. This fandom has led me into many coffee shops and through many books on the compounds found in coffee, the history of its cultivation, entire societies built around the commodity of coffee, and just general legend and lore associated with these beans.

I recently found this article that was pretty interesting. It doesn’t sound like a fully investigated theory, but it perked my ears sufficiently.

Coffee Drinking Related To Reduced Risk Of Liver Cancer

If this is really the case, I won’t have to worry about liver cancer any time soon. Actually, I’m coffee’d up enough to probably cover me for another few years for that matter. Liver cancer is the 5th most common form of cancer, so have a cup or two of coffee every now and then, just in case.
